40 bags on Dec. 6 means 180 total

Hey guys,

Today my husband Ryan (pictured above) was a #bundleupyeg machine and collected 40 bags of clothing from a generous donor  (Christalene), 102.3 Now! Radio (our 6th pickup since Nov.1) and a donation box in a downtown building. He then delivered all 40 of those bags to Hope Mission and Bissell Centre — all of this in just two hours!

Nichelle Bryant, Gifts In Kind Coordinator at Bissell Centre, is a wonderful, hard working woman! Between Dec.5 and 6, she handled 50 bags worth of donations from #bundleupyeg. Thanks for keeping people warm, Nichelle!

Between yesterday and today, #bundleupyeg has delivered roughly 70 bags of clothes to Bissell Centre and Hope Mission just in time for the Edmonton cold snap! Thank you to everyone who is donating warm clothing. I can’t tell you how many times the shelters have told me that your clothing is saving lives out there — that is exactly why #bundleupyeg exists. So, thank you!

Yesterday, our #bundleupyeg 2016 campaign total was 138 bags collected and delivered since Nov.1. This forced us to increase our goal this year from 130 bags to 200 bags. Not even 24 hours later, we are now at 180 bags collected and all have been delivered!

Thank you all for your support and donations. Let’s keep those bags of clothing coming in until Dec.25!

All my love,

Jasmine Topham
